Belles, we want to introduce you to our newest Admin, Jenna Marie! Jenna is a powerlifter, strongWoman, but most importantly she's an incredible coach and mentor. Her passion lies in helping others through coaching and mentoring. She believes that life is a team sport and has spent the past 4 years teaching lifestyle change, mentoring youth sports and helping athletes removing their own limiting beliefs. New BOTB Website!

At long last, we have launched a new website! We are excited about the new format and features, most notably, our web store. We hope you enjoy the new site as much as we do. Although we have many new features in the site and we will continue to add new features going forward, our primary focus is still our Facebook group pages, so please join us there. In addition to Facebook, we also have several other social media accounts you can follow us on to include YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and more.

Lift Like a Lady Workshop

  Today we had an amazing Belle of the Bar event at PRIMAL Strength and Fitness in Stoughton, Wisconsin where I am a coach and personal trainer. Raeanne and I had talked a bit about connecting to lift together, and as one thing led to another we decided to create an opportunity for women to get together and celebrate their strength, learn from one another and just throw some heavy weight around.
